Shipping And Refund Policy

Exchange:

Any product brought from Mirha’s online store can be exchanged from store only, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state.
For sale orders, exchange will only be provided for valid reasons i.e. faulty or incorrect items delivered
Refunds are not provided in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for online store which can be used immediately or in the future.
Exchange policy is only liable within 14 days after the goods are delivered.

Exchange Procedure:

For exchange you can contact our customer services by emailing us.
Customers will be required to ship the item back for exchange to the address provided.
For exchange of non-faulty items, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with exchange charges guided by the team.
Credit vouchers will be issued once the team has received the returned items.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order by emailing at info@mirha.pk before the order has been processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Mirha has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors or a decline in credit card payment.
